What does pre-order mean at CINT4QUE?

A pre-order reserves your size and colour before production begins. We produce in small, confirmed runs rather than holding large stock, which keeps our denim quality high and our waste low. Your pair is made after the pre-order window closes.

When will my pre-order ship?

Each pre-order product shows an estimated shipping window on its page. For THE NEW DENIM, orders are expected to ship from late October 2026. We email you the moment your parcel leaves our studio.

Can I order pre-order and in-stock items together?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your whole order ships together once the pre-order item is ready. If you'd like your in-stock pieces sooner, place two separate orders and we'll waive the second shipping fee — just email us.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel any pre-order for a full refund up until production begins. Once your denim is cut, the order is locked in, but our usual returns policy still applies after delivery.

Do CINT4QUE jeans run true to size?

Most of our fits are true to size. The Barrel Leg runs slightly small — size up if you're between sizes. Every product page lists the exact measurements for that style.

I'm between two sizes. What should I do?

For rigid, non-stretch styles, take the larger size — the waist relaxes about half an inch after a few wears. For stretch styles, take the smaller size.

How tall are your models?

Model height and the size worn are listed on every product page so you can judge the length against your own frame.

Where do you ship?

We ship across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Shipping is complimentary on orders over RM250, otherwise a flat RM8 applies.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock orders leave our studio within 1–2 working days. Delivery is typically 2–3 working days in Peninsular Malaysia and 3–5 working days to East Malaysia.

What is your returns policy?

Return or exchange any unworn piece within 14 days of delivery, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Size exchanges are free once per order.

How do I start a return?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of your return arriving at our studio.

How should I wash my denim?

Accepted Answer

Cold water, inside out, with like colours. Hang dry rather than tumble dry — it protects the wash and keeps the leg line true. Wash dark rinses separately for the first three washes.

Question 15

Will my denim stretch out?

Accepted Answer

Rigid styles relax about half an inch at the waist and return after washing. Stretch styles hold their shape all day.
